1. Free Trial
All paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial. During the trial you have full access to your plan's features. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial and will not be billed.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with ComplyZen for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment. This applies to first payments and renewals alike. No questions asked.
To request a refund, email support@complyzen.co with your account email. We will process your refund promptly.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free plan
- Your scan history, reports, and data are retained and accessible on the free plan
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
